Physical fitness helps students in enhancing gross motor skills and stretching physical dexterity to an optimum level. It acts as an important element of leading a healthy life. Sports provide regular and healthy fitness activity and have a significant impact on child’s moral development, discipline and leadership skills.
Step up school encourages students to participate in various sport activities, and promotes team spirit. We believe playing sports with classmates motivate children, builds unbeatable confidence, develop muscle strength, increases stamina, and inculcate a sense of pride and self esteem.
INDOOR SPORTS-
Our Indoor activities aim to unleash child’s potential of problem solving, fore sightedness, concentration and development of IQ level. Following are the indoor games available in our school:

OUTDOOR SPORTS-
We lay a strong emphasis on carefully designed curriculum to develop skills like strength, control, balance, speed and agility. Our students are trained by expert and dynamic sport coaches. To facilitate this we provide following sports:

- Cricket Field
- Squash Court
- Skating
