Our body is a temple, and Yoga is a process to keep it pure and clean. Yoga or ‘yog’ has been originated from pre Vedic traditions, which comprises of physical, mental and spiritual practices.
The power of Yoga and meditation has been incorporated in our curriculum, as we believe it is a complete package of fitness of body, mind and soul. The school’s vision of holistic development of students is met by practicing this wonderful form also known as ‘Nirvana’.
Our yoga guru make children practice easy and safe yoga ‘mudras’ or styles like Vrksasana or tree pose, Dhanurasana or bow pose, Mandukasana or frog pose, Sukhasana or easy pose, Baddha Konasana or butterfly pose etc.
