We at “Step Up School” work collaboratively with the parents for the attainment of our goal of providing an opportunity to our young learners to spread their wings and sour high to smell the rain and feel the wind. Primary education forms the bedrock of development. It is in primary classes that children learn foundational skills that prepare them for life, work and active citizenship. Our aim is to foster the child in all dimensions of his or her life- moral, spiritual, cognitive, emotional, imaginative, aesthetic, social and physical. In Primary classes we firmly believe in giving experiential learning through varied experiments and hands on activities.
Apart from main subjects Step Up School also offers various co-scholastic subjects like Brain Teaser, Happiness class, public speaking class, Calligraphy, Reading sessions, Genius lab sessions, Olympiad Training, Sculpture, Art and Craft, dance, music, Skating/football/cricket classes etc. as vital part of their timetable. These sessions not only make learning joyful for the students but also help children learn more meaningfully as they progress to higher classes, and equip them with 21st Century skills like critical thinking and problem solving which are imperative to succeed in the long run.

Middle School is the education level between primary education and secondary education. This is a very important stage in the path of development of a student. At Step Up, we prepare our Young Stepians to develop their own identities through various curricular and co -curricular activities. Our motto is to strengthen their academic skills while also creating the perfect environment for students to blossom socially.
For Holistic development of our Stepians, we provide Competency-based Education through Project Based Learning Activities, Art Integration, Flipped Classroom etc. At the same we also focus on students’ personality grooming as well through a cluster of activities ranging from Public Speaking, Model United Nations Conferences, Spellathon, Scientific Experiments, Sports activities etc.

Titles are not privileges but responsibilities, when I, as a wing organiser reflect and introspect to my surroundings, it gives me an immense pleasure them I am entrusted to take care of a community of future leaders, policy makers, businessman, politician, service provider and the ones who create all professions, this awakening firms my resolve to provide an atmosphere of inclusivity, and ambience where everybody feels included and heard. I echoed with this powerful statement:“Inclusion is the art of turning ‘they’ into ‘we.’”Today we cannot escape globalisation, neither should we, as we belong to the l, not to the communities and areas. The same feeling is the need of the hour to be preserved and sustained in the educational institutions. I hereby not only determined but also committed to letting my students feel that the world becomes kinder when we make space for everyone. The world is chaotic and parochial; when biases are taught and nurtured, the very fundamental duty of an educator is to create a stage where every character has a role to play as a truly inclusive world has room for every shade of story.” Inclusivity fosters brotherhood and, most importantly, human dignity.
