Dear Parents,

As you are already aware that your ward has to go for an inter school competition on 2nd August 2019 (Friday) to New Era School, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, here are the few guidelines to be followed:-

1. Dresses will be provided to you on 1st August, 2019. Kindly do the necessary alteration if needed.

2. On Friday (2nd August, 2019), send your ward in the dress of the character that will be provided to you. Do the party makeup using foundation, pink blush on, pink eye shadow, black eyeliner and red lipstick. Also, send these makeup products, safety pins and few hair pins to school for touch up.

3. Drop your ward at sharp 7 am in the school on Friday.

4. Send a bag with a lunch box, some snacks, a water bottle and a duly labelled uniform to change after the competition gets over.

6. It is mandatory to wear an I card.
